Pickup and Delivery-Faith Apiaries

1. Pickup (Free)
If you prefer to pick up your order directly from the honey farm:

-Scheduling: When ordering, please let me know your preferred day and time so I can have your order packed and ready when you arrive.
-Directions: If you need directions to the farm, just let me know and I’ll send them over.
-Plan Changes: Life happens! If your schedule changes, simply send a quick note so I can adjust my day.

2. Free Delivery ("Best Effort")
I am happy to offer Free Delivery on all orders of $30 or more. Because delivery adds real costs to a small business, tips are never expected, but always sincerely appreciated!

To make free delivery viable, orders are fulfilled on a "Best Effort " schedule:

-How It Works: Free deliveries are route-optimized and completed when I am already in your area for farm business.
-Timeline: Most deliveries are completed within 7 days of receiving a complete order. However, because routes depend on location and scheduling, specific delivery dates or times cannot be guaranteed.
-Notification: Once your delivery date is scheduled, I will send you a heads-up with an estimated arrival window.
-Receiving Your Order: Please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery, or provide "Safe Drop" instructions (e.g., "Leave on the back porch behind the planter").

Important Note on Delivery Access: Re-attempting failed deliveries adds significant strain to a one-person business. Providing accurate location details and safe drop instructions ensures I can continue offering free delivery to our community!

3. Expedited / Paid Delivery
If you need your order faster than the standard "Best Effort" schedule allows, individual delivery quotes are available. Contact me by email prior to ordering, and I will gladly provide a custom delivery estimate.

4. How to Place Your Order
The best and fastest way to order is by using the order form on my website at faithapiaries.ca.
To ensure your delivery or pickup goes smoothly without delays, please include the following details when placing your order:
1. Items & Quantities: Exact products desired.
2. Fulfillment Choice: Pickup or Delivery.
3. Delivery Address: Full street address (if your house address number isn't easily visible from the street, please include a quick description of your home).
4. Contact Info: Your email address, preferred contact method, and phone number (optional, but helpful).
5. Safe Drop Instructions: Required if you won't be home during delivery.
Missing details may delay your order while I reach out for clarification.
